Cancellation Policy

Cancellation -- Should you wish to cancel a reservation prior to arrival, the Falls Hotel has a strict policy of 48 hours notice. In the event of the hotel not being notified of a cancellation, the first night's accommodation will automatically be charged to your credit card.
If booking is made within 24 hours of arrival, full payment for the stay will be taken at the time of the booking, and it is non-refundable and non-transferable in case of a cancellation.
Where booking deposit is taken at the time of booking /advance reservations/ this payment is non-refundable and non-transferable.
Cancellations can be implemented online or by sending a cancellation request to reservations@fallshotel.ie. You should save the cancellation confirmation number you receive.
Cancellation policy for self-catering accommodation is subject to different terms & conditions. Cancellation period for self-catering apartments is 4 weeks prior to arrival date. 20% deposit is charged to your card at the time of the booking. In the event of a late cancellation notice given less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, the pre-paid deposit will not be refunded; cancellation made less than 1 week prior to arrival will attract the late cancellation fee /50% of the total rate/.
