We had a long weekend at the Falls Hotel and Spa. It was wonderful! We could not fault the level of service which the staff worked so hard give; they could not do enough for you. Their friendliness and efficiency was second to none. We ate in Cascades restaurant... Make sure you're hungry!! Again the food and the service could not be faulted. Superb! The room was spacious, clean and the bed was so comfy and cosy. Will definitely return one day. Thank you to all the staff; kitchen, front of houe, housekeep, bar and waiting staff; you all made our stay so comfortable and enjoyable!
