Our check-in time is 4pm. Check-out time is 12pm (bedrooms), 10am (apartments).
Should you wish to cancel a bedroom reservation prior to arrival, the Falls Hotel has a strict policy of 48 hours notice. In the event of the hotel not being notified of a cancellation, the first night's accommodation will automatically be charged to your credit card. If booking is made within 24 hours of arrival, full payment for the stay will be taken at the time of the booking, and it is non-refundable and non-transferable in case of a cancellation.
