Very efficient staff and most friendly greeting in every aspect. Over all a very well run hotel with so much to offer, so much comfort with excellent food and drink, a great place with great grounds and facilities , we will be back.

Literally could not fault this hotel at all. I found Omar at reception to be extremely helpful and very polite. All the staff were very friendly and the spa staff were brilliant, in particular Jeneane and Ade. Food was lovely and I would recommend the Cascade restaurant to anybody. This was our first visit to The Falls Hotel where we availed of a three night break.From the moment we arrived to our departure, we could only speak in glowing terms of everything this hotel had to offer. One is immediately struck by the great sense of space throughout the hotel. The staff are efficient, friendly and helpful. Our dining experience in the Cascades restaurant was excellent. The quality and presentation of food together with the efficiency and friendliness of service were superb. The hotel boasts a fine leisure centre and an extremely well equipped gym which is appreciated when the weather fails to oblige. We look forward to a return visit in the near future.
